Jonathan Livingston presented “Bonneville Power Administration’s E3T Program – What’s in it for me and my customers?”
This presentation highlighted how E3T, Bonneville Power’s new emerging technologies assessment program, builds on similar, best-in-class efforts throughout the U.S. and abroad to mitigate the risks of introducing new energy-saving technologies to Northwest utilities and their customers. Key points included creating a robust process to find and qualify new technologies, harnessing the power of a portfolio management approach to technology validation, and building a strong connection with existing efficiency programs and staff to streamline the addition of new efficiency measures.
